Located on the hills which divide the Cesano Valley from the Metauro Valley, San Costanzo boasts a gorgeous fountain in Perticari Square surrounded by the walls of the Della Rovere castle, the tower and the imposing "Teatro della Concordia".
Among the traditions, very important is the Polenta Festival, the oldest in the Marche Region.
